Allows established political parties to initiate recall of their nominees if the nominee is a member of or associated with groups advocating Communist, Fascist, Nazi, or un-American principles.

Permits party recall of nominees who engage in activities or propaganda promoting subservience to foreign nations or violent overthrow of the U.S. or Illinois government.

Enables party recall of nominees arrested and charged with murder or another felony, or who engage in hate speech targeting individuals based on race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

Requires recall petitions to be signed by at least the same number of primary party voters needed to qualify for the ballot, with petitions submitted to the State Board of Elections for verification.

Upon approval of recall petitions, the political party committee for the district must vote on whether to remove the nominee; if a majority votes to remove, the committee may appoint a replacement candidate.
