Appropriates $7,147,000 to the Auditor General for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Auditor General, including $5,951,000 for regular positions and $457,000 for state contribution to social security.

Appropriates $27,784,864 from the Audit Expense Fund for administrative and operations expenses, audits, studies, investigations, and actuarial services.

Becomes effective July 1, 2019.
