Amends the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Regulation Act by adding Section 4.5 to limit liability for LPG sellers, suppliers, handlers, and transporters in Illinois.

Prevents lawsuits against LPG businesses if injuries, damages, or losses result from unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs to LPG equipment or appliances done without their knowledge and consent.

Prevents lawsuits against LPG businesses if injuries, damages, or losses result from using LPG equipment or appliances in an unintended manner or for an unintended purpose that could not reasonably have been expected.
