Appropriates $7,647,000 to the Auditor General for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Auditor General, including personal services ($6,413,000), state contributions to Social Security ($495,000), and contractual services ($636,000).

Appropriates $31,352,370 from the Audit Expense Fund to the Auditor General for administrative and operations expenses, audits, studies, investigations, and actuarial services.

Travel expenses are budgeted at $0 while other operational costs include telecommunications ($55,000), equipment ($15,000), electronic data processing ($15,000), commodities ($10,000), printing ($5,000), and auto equipment operation ($3,000).

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
