Amends the Mental Health Early Action on Campus Act to require public higher education institutions to provide contact information for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, Crisis Text Line, and campus mental health counseling on the back of student identification cards.

Institutions without student ID card programs must publish the same suicide prevention and mental health resource contact information on their websites.

Applies to all public colleges and universities in Illinois.

Effective July 1, 2021.
