• Applies uniformly across multiple port districts including Alexander-Cairo, Heart of Illinois Regional, Illinois International, Illinois Valley Regional, Jackson-Union Counties Regional, Joliet Regional, Kaskaskia Regional, Massac-Metropolis, Mid-America Intermodal Authority, Mt. Carmel Regional, Ottawa, Seneca Regional, Shawneetown Regional, Southwest Regional, America's Central, Upper Mississippi River International, Waukegan, and White County.
