Requires hospitals to submit separate professional claims for long-acting injectable medications for mental health or addiction with "place of service 21 – Inpatient Hospital" designation, effective July 1, 2020.

Mandates hospitals bill as the provider with the treating practitioner listed as the rendering provider, using appropriate Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System Level II codes and National Drug Codes.

Allows facilities participating in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program to continue billing the 340B actual acquisition cost for medications.

Eliminates prior authorization requirements for long-acting injectable medications for mental health or addiction when initiated in inpatient hospital settings or continued at outpatient treatment facilities under Medicaid and managed-care plans.
