Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to provide benefits for emergency services personnel, public safety personnel, and licensed EMS personnel diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by a licensed psychiatrist

Eliminates the requirement to demonstrate physical injury for qualifying individuals to receive workers' compensation benefits for PTSD caused by work-related events

Covers firefighters, law enforcement officers, corrections employees, probation officers, 9-1-1 telecommunicators, emergency medical dispatchers, and personnel from agencies including Illinois State Police, Department of Corrections, and Department of Children and Family Services

Requires the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission to ensure compliance with federal mental health parity regulations, including the Paul Wellstone and Pete Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008

Mandates that emergency services providers and law enforcement agencies provide employees with educational training on mental health awareness, prevention, mitigation, and treatment
