IL SB2550

Adds new definitions for "trapping license" and "Nuisance Wildlife Control Permit" to the Wildlife Code.

Exempts veterans certified as at least 10% disabled with service-related disabilities or receiving total disability pensions from procuring trapping licenses.

Exempts Illinois residents returning from military service abroad within 2 years from paying trapping license fees; provides one free trapping license per year of active duty service.

Expands terminally ill person licensing program to include trapping licenses in addition to hunting and fishing licenses, with Director authority to waive all fees.

Exempts persons on active duty in the Armed Forces and Illinois residents with Type 1 or Type 4, Class 2 disabilities (as defined in Illinois Identification Card Act) from procuring trapping licenses.
