Amends Section 1B-22 of the School Code concerning powers of financial oversight panels for school districts with rescinded financial plans.

Makes a technical change to replace "the the" with "the" in the text describing panels established under Section 1B-4 for districts whose financial plans were rescinded by the State Board.

The bill corrects grammatical language while maintaining all substantive provisions regarding panel powers over contracts, property management, staffing plans, audits, investigations, and collective bargaining oversight.
