Amends Section 1-100 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to make a technical change to the short title provision.

Changes the wording in the short title from "the the Illinois Vehicle Code" to "the Illinois Vehicle Code" by removing a duplicate article.

Maintains the existing list of chapter-specific short titles for various vehicle-related laws including registration, licensing, safety, rules of the road, and equipment standards.

Effective date of the source legislation cited is July 1, 2008 (P.A. 95-562).
