Requires private detectives to complete 8 hours of annual training on topics of their choosing reasonably related to their practice, using classroom settings, workshops, seminars, or online resources, with training logs maintained for 5 years.

Modifies private security contractor training by changing one required topic from "arrest and control techniques" to "verbal communication skills" and allowing classroom-based or online initial training.

Requires private security contractors to complete 8 hours of annual training with minimum 4 hours in formal classroom settings, maintaining personal training logs for 5 years.
