IL SB2755

Increases the maximum number of organizations that state employees can authorize for voluntary payroll deductions from 4 to 10 organizations.

Applies to employees of state departments, boards, agencies, commissions, and Illinois public universities including University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, and other state universities.

Allows employees to request payroll deductions through written authorization, which are then paid to designated organizations by the State Comptroller or university payroll systems.

Permits employees to withdraw deduction requests at any time by filing written notification with their employer.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
