Creates the Agritourism Liability Act to limit liability for agritourism operators providing activities like farming, ranching, hayrides, corn mazes, and farm festivals.

Agritourism operators are not liable for participant injury or death resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities if required warning signage is posted.

Participants assume inherent risks by engaging in agritourism activities and cannot recover damages from operators for injuries from those risks.

Operators remain liable for willful or wanton disregard for participant safety and for failing to disclose known unusual dangerous conditions or dangerous animal propensities.

Operators must post and maintain a visible warning notice at or near the entrance to the agritourism activity detailing assumed risks and operator immunity protections.
