IL SB2770

Requires the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability (COGFA) to publish quarterly reports on estimated state income from all revenue sources for the next fiscal year, replacing the current requirement of one report at the convening of each regular General Assembly session

Mandates that each quarterly report include revised and updated revenue figures reflecting the latest available information

Removes the previous requirement that revenue updates be issued specifically on the third Wednesday in March after the session convenes

Permits COGFA to consult with the Governor's Office of Management and Budget in preparing each quarterly report

Retains the requirement that the House and Senate adopt or modify revenue estimates by joint resolution to constitute the General Assembly's official estimate of available funds
