Amends Public Act 101-0007 to make supplemental FY2020 appropriations from the Road Fund to the Illinois Department of Transportation totaling $23,950,000

Appropriates $2,500,000 for apportionment to needy Townships and Road Districts as determined by the Department in consultation with County Superintendents of Highways and Township Highway Commissioners

Appropriates $1,000,000 for apportionment to high-growth cities over 5,000 in population as determined by the Department in consultation with the Illinois Municipal League

Appropriates $4,000,000 in equal amounts to each eligible county under 1,000,000 in population and $6,900,000 apportioned proportionally based on motor vehicle license fees received from eligible counties

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
