Amends the Park District Code to update references from "this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly" to the specific citation "Public Act 98-772" with its effective date of July 16, 2014

Clarifies that subdistrict commissioners must reside within the subdistrict from which they are elected, in addition to being legal voters residing within the park district

Changes terminology from "districts" to "subdistricts" throughout the section governing the Fox Valley Park District's commissioner election structure

Establishes signature requirements for nominating petitions: subdistrict candidates need signatures from registered voters within that subdistrict, with the number based on ballots cast in the prior subdistrict commissioner election

Specifies that at-large commissioner candidates may collect signatures from voters in any combination of subdistricts, with the required number based on the subdistrict with the highest voter turnout in the prior election
