Appropriates $30,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to reduce uncompensated service hours in 5 to 8 bed community-integrated living arrangements from 7 hours to 5 hours per day.

Appropriates $5,000,000 for rate increases to certified community day services providers serving persons with developmental disabilities.

Appropriates $6,200,000 to increase nursing reimbursements: one-half hour per month per person for licensed practical nurses and one-half hour per year per person for registered nurses in 5 to 8 person community-integrated living arrangements.

Appropriates $18,000,000 to increase administration cost reimbursements in community-integrated living arrangements.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
