Amends Section 1-101 of the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/1-101) concerning definitions of words and phrases used in the Code.

Makes a technical change by removing a strikethrough of the word "The" at the beginning of the definition section.

Clarifies that defined terms apply throughout the Code except when context otherwise requires or when another applicable definition exists in a different Chapter.

Maintains the existing framework that definitions in Chapter 1 apply to the entire Vehicle Code unless superseded by Chapter-specific definitions.
