Amends the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act to exempt newspapers from provisions prohibiting cannabis and cannabis-infused product advertisements.

Prohibits cannabis business establishments and other entities from advertising cannabis products that are false, misleading, promote overconsumption, depict consumption or minors consuming cannabis, make health claims, include cannabis leaf images, or use imagery designed to appeal to minors.

Restricts cannabis advertisements within 1,000 feet of schools, playgrounds, recreation centers, child care centers, public parks, public libraries, and arcades; and prohibits advertisements on public transit vehicles, shelters, or publicly owned property.

Exempts educational messages and newspapers (as defined in the Notice By Publication Act) from location-based advertising restrictions in subsection (b).

Prohibits cannabis businesses from conducting sales promotions through giveaways, consumption-related competitions, or promotional materials designed to appeal to children.
