Amends Section 1-100 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to make a technical change to the short title provision.

Removes one instance of the word "the" before "Illinois Vehicle Code" in the short title section.

Maintains all existing short titles for various chapters of the Vehicle Code, including provisions covering vehicle registration, driver licensing, safety, rules of the road, equipment, inspection, and commercial transportation.
