Requires the Department of Agriculture to develop and conduct a pesticide drift monitoring study at 3 Illinois schools by January 1, 2022, with findings and recommendations submitted to the General Assembly by January 1, 2023; this provision repeals on January 1, 2024.

Prohibits application of restricted use pesticides on or within 500 feet of school property during normal school hours (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding non-instructional days), except for whole structure fumigation.

Allows pesticide label restrictions to supersede the 500-foot buffer zone requirement if the label contains more restrictive provisions than those in the bill.

Directs the Department of Public Health to adopt rules necessary to implement the school pesticide application restrictions.

Takes effect January 1, 2021.
