Adds dental anesthesiology to the list of recognized dental specialties ("branches of dentistry") under the Illinois Dental Practice Act

Expands the definition of teledentistry to explicitly include "limited patient diagnosis, treatment planning" and specifies it must be under an Illinois licensed dentist's authority

Allows dentists to administer vaccinations to patients 18 years and older if the vaccine is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control or the Illinois Director of Public Health, without requiring a physician's prescription or standing order

Vaccination authority remains limited to influenza vaccines only and cannot be delegated to dental assistants or other staff

Requires dentists administering vaccines to complete Department-approved training, document vaccinations in patient records, notify the patient's primary care physician, and report data to the state immunization registry
