Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 to require the Illinois Racing Board to award no fewer than 200 days total of standardbred racing beginning in the third year of operation by an organization gaming licensee

Increases the minimum standardbred racing requirement from 120 days (when a single entity requests dates) to 200 days total, removing the distinction between single and multiple applicants

Eliminates the provision allowing the Board to reduce minimum racing days if no dates are requested for the first 3 months of a calendar year

Removes language that required 200 days to be split "between applicants" when multiple entities requested standardbred racing dates, instead making 200 days the flat minimum regardless of applicant structure
