Creates the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act Revisionary Task Force to review implementation of Public Act 100-987, study municipal administrative adjudication processes, and make recommendations for revisions.

Task Force consists of 13 members including legislators, state officials, Supreme Court representatives, and representatives from associations of court clerks, municipalities, counties, and sheriffs; members serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for expenses.

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations to the Supreme Court and General Assembly by June 1, 2021; Task Force dissolves and this provision repeals on June 1, 2022.

Extends the repeal date of the Clerks of Courts Act (Section 27.1b) and Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2023 to allow continued assessment collection.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
