SB3025 Summary

• Requires the Governor's Office of Management and Budget to submit an annual report to the General Assembly no later than the third Wednesday of February containing actual or projected fund balances, revenues, and expenditures for all appropriated funds for the previous fiscal year, current fiscal year, and upcoming fiscal year.

• Amends Section 50-5 of the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois regarding the Governor's budget submission requirements and financial reporting procedures.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
