Creates the Gun Crime Charging and Sentencing Accountability and Transparency Act requiring State's Attorneys to file written statements with the court before sentencing when a defendant charged with an illegal firearm offense enters a plea agreement reducing the charge to a lesser or non-weapons offense.

State's Attorney written statement must specifically explain why the conviction resulting from the plea agreement does not include the originally charged weapons offense and becomes part of the court record available to any person upon request.

Requires judges to issue a written sentencing order setting forth their reasons for imposing the sentence or accepting the plea agreement in any criminal case where the original charge involved illegal use or possession of a firearm.

Judge's written sentencing order must be provided to any person upon request, ensuring transparency in firearm-related criminal cases regardless of final conviction.
