Removes the limit of 10 prescription drug or medical device price inquiries per consumer, allowing unlimited requests for current usual and customary retail prices at pharmacies

Eliminates the requirement that a person must have a prescription in order to request pricing information from a pharmacy

Requires pharmacies to post a notice informing customers of their right to request retail prices for any brand or generic prescription drug or medical device, either in person or by telephone

Amends Section 41 of the Pharmacy Practice Act (225 ILCS 85/41)
