Amends Section 3-412 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding registration stickers for vehicles exempt from window treatment requirements.

Requires the Secretary of State to make disability-related registration stickers available for any license plate design offered by the Secretary.

Applies to vehicles eligible for stickers under the physician certification provisions for disabled persons exempted from subsections (a) and (a-5) of Section 12-503.

Effective date follows the enactment process; based on P.A. 101-395, effective August 16, 2019.
