IL SB3092

Amends the Genetic Information Privacy Act to prohibit disclosing an individual's genetic information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or sales purposes without written consent from the individual, legal guardian, or legally authorized representative.

Requires any consent request to be provided in a separate written notice that clearly and conspicuously discloses to whom the information will be shared and how it will be used by recipients.

Mandates that consent notices inform individuals of their right to cancel consent to disclosure once given.
