IL SB3113

Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 Section 2-2 regarding venue and transfer of proceedings in abuse, neglect, or dependency cases.

Requires the clerk of the transferring court to send an authenticated copy of the court record, including all documents, petitions, orders, minute orders, and docket entries to the receiving court's clerk within 5 working days after a transfer order is entered.

Mandates the receiving county court clerk to schedule a status hearing within 15 business days of receipt and notify the receiving court judge and all parties of the hearing.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
