Amends the Condominium Property Act Section 3 (765 ILCS 605/3) to make a technical change regarding property submission under the Act.

Changes "the the" to "the" in the opening language of Section 3, correcting a duplicate word error in the statute.

Applies to property owners in fee simple or lessees intending to submit property to condominium provisions through recording a declaration.

Maintains existing provisions that lessor execution of a declaration for leasehold condominiums does not make the lessor a developer under the Act.
