Director of the Department of Natural Resources is authorized to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to the Village of Dunlap in Peoria County for $1.

Property conveyed is a portion of the abandoned Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company right of way located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 10 North, Range 7 East in Peoria County.

Conveyance is subject to existing public utilities, public roads, and all recorded reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions.

Property must revert to the Department of Natural Resources if it ceases to be used for public purposes.

Director must obtain a certified copy of the Act within 60 days and record it in the Peoria County Recorder's Office upon receipt of the $1 payment.
