• Establishes penalties for violating the approach requirements: $250-$10,000 fine for first violation, $750-$10,000 for subsequent violations; Class A misdemeanor if damage results; Class 4 felony if injury or death results

• Mandates driver's license suspension of 90 days to 1 year for property damage, 180 days to 2 years for injury, and 2 years for death resulting from violations
