Amends the Illinois Election Code by adding Section 29-21 to address deep fake videos in elections

Defines "deep fake video" as a video created with intent to deceive that appears to depict a real person performing an action that did not occur in reality

Creates a Class A misdemeanor offense for creating a deep fake video with intent to injure a candidate or influence an election result

Applies only when the deep fake video is published or distributed within 30 days of an election
