Amends Section 12-803 of the Illinois Vehicle Code to allow school bus owners to display signs showing fines for passing a stopped school bus.

Signs may be affixed to display penalties under Section 11-1414(f) for passing a school bus when stopped with the stop signal arm extended or when stopped to receive or discharge pupils.

Permits signs to be placed on the back of the school bus or on the stop arm signal itself.
