IL SB3203

Changes the Illinois Interagency Council on Early Intervention membership from a maximum of 30 members to a maximum of 35 members, maintaining a minimum of 20 members.

Adds two new required Council members: one representative of the Child Care Assistance Program and one representative of the Education for Homeless Children and Youth Program authorized under the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act.

Removes requirements that contracts entered into by the lead agency be subject to a public request for proposals under the Illinois Procurement Code and be posted on the early intervention website during the entire bid period.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
