Extends the meeting requirement for the Veterans' Service-Related Ailments Task Force to begin January 1, 2021 instead of July 1, 2019, with meetings held at least once every 2 months.

Delays the Task Force's report submission deadline to December 31, 2022 instead of December 31, 2020, requiring findings and recommendations to be submitted to the Governor and General Assembly.

Extends the Task Force's dissolution date to December 31, 2023 instead of December 31, 2021, with the statutory section to be repealed on that later date.

The Task Force continues to review and make recommendations regarding service-related ailments not recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and assesses ways Illinois can improve disability compensation claim approval rates.
