Exempts Illinois residents on active military duty and stationed in Illinois from paying fees for fishing licenses under the Fish and Aquatic Life Code.

Exempts Illinois residents on active military duty and stationed in Illinois from paying fees for hunting licenses under the Wildlife Code.

Hunting exemption applies only to species protected by Section 2.2 of the Wildlife Code and only during permitted seasons, using approved devices and methods.
