Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to authorize the Secretary of State to issue Law Enforcement Medal of Honor license plates to eligible Illinois residents.

Plates may be affixed only to passenger vehicles of the first division, motorcycles, and motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds.

Plates shall display the Law Enforcement Medal of Honor and may be issued as vanity or personalized plates at the Secretary's discretion.

Plates are not required to include the "Land of Lincoln" designation and shall expire according to the staggered multi-year procedure established in the Vehicle Code.

Secretary of State shall prescribe eligibility requirements, applicable fees, and may approve stickers or decals for the plates.
