Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act of the Illinois Municipal Code to extend tax increment financing for two specific TIF districts in the Village of Maywood.

Creates tax increment allocation financing extensions for ordinances adopted on March 27, 1997 by the Village of Maywood approving the Roosevelt Road TIF District and the Madison Street/Fifth Avenue TIF District.

Adds these two Maywood TIF districts to the existing list of municipalities with special completion date provisions under Section 11-74.4-3.5.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
