Board of managers must adopt a policy within 60 days ensuring accessible parking spaces are available to unit owners with disabilities who require them.

For associations that sell parking spaces, if an owner cannot sell an accessible space to a qualified user, the board must purchase it at fair market value and keep it available for disabled persons.

Unit owners with disabilities requiring accessible parking may file civil actions against the board to compel provision of such spaces.

Prevailing unit owners in civil actions are entitled to recover attorney's fees and court costs.
