IL SB3290

Creates a new "sales agent and broker" license category under the Video Gaming Act to solicit or receive business from current or potential licensed establishments.

Prohibits any person from soliciting use agreements on behalf of a terminal operator or entering into such agreements as an agent unless they hold a valid sales agent and broker license or own/manage/significantly influence the terminal operator.

Sets application fee for sales agent and broker license at $100 and annual renewal fee at $100.

Prohibits sales agents and brokers from being licensed as manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or being associated with licensed establishments, fraternal establishments, veterans establishments, or truck stop establishments.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
