• Creates a uniform statement of economic interest form for all filers under the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act, replacing separate forms previously used by different groups.

• Redefines disclosure thresholds and requirements: assets over $5,000, income over $1,200, and debts over $5,000 must be reported; excludes personal residences, vehicles, certain savings accounts, government securities, and diversified funds from asset disclosure requirements.

• Requires the Secretary of State to adjust disclosure threshold amounts for inflation every 5 years beginning December 1, 2025, rounded to the nearest $100.

• Mandates candidates for Supreme Court Judge, appellate court judge, circuit court judge, or judicial retention to file statements in written or printed form only (not electronically).
