IL SB3328

Amends the Illinois Procurement Code to require Standard Illinois Certifications for all small purchases with an annual value exceeding $50,000, in a form prescribed by each chief procurement officer.

Creates new Section 20-57 to require Standard Illinois Certifications for all contracts under the Illinois Procurement Code with an annual value exceeding $50,000.

Maintains existing small purchase thresholds of $100,000 for supplies, services, and construction, with annual inflation adjustments rounded to the nearest $100 based on the Consumer Price Index.

Allows the chief procurement officers to modify the small purchase maximum through rules, with Board approval required.
