• Secretary of State may not suspend driving privileges for violations of Section 11-208.6 (automated red light camera enforcement).

• Rescind suspensions or cancellations of driver's licenses issued before July 1, 2020 for failing to pay fines from 5 or more automated speed enforcement or automated traffic law violations.

• Municipalities must evaluate and notify eligible persons of their eligibility for restoration of driving privileges under this Act by July 1, 2020.

• Removes language allowing driver's license numbers of lessees to be individually requested for automated speed or traffic law enforcement purposes.

• Modifies notice requirements and procedures for municipalities reporting unpaid automated traffic and speed enforcement violations to the Secretary of State.
