Establishes the Use and Occupation Tax Task Force to review and modernize Illinois's use and occupation tax system.

Task Force consists of 9 members including the Director of Revenue, representatives from business and taxpayer organizations appointed by the Governor, and four legislative appointees from House and Senate leadership.

Department of Revenue shall provide administrative support to the Task Force for its work.

Task Force must submit a report with recommendations for modernizing and streamlining state use and occupation taxes to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2021.

Task Force authority automatically repeals on December 31, 2022, and the act takes effect immediately upon passage.
