Amends the Workplace Transparency Act to add definitions of "arbitration agreement" and related employment terms to the Illinois Human Rights Act framework.

Requires arbitration clauses to contain a written exception allowing employees to pursue harassment or discrimination claims through either arbitration or court proceedings.

Prohibits employers from enforcing arbitration clauses that lack the required exception for harassment and discrimination claims; non-compliant arbitration clauses are severable while other contract provisions remain valid.

Establishes a rebuttable presumption that arbitration agreements are unconscionable if they include inconvenient venues, waive statutory rights or punitive damages, shorten statutes of limitations, or impose excessive fees on employees.
