Prohibits law enforcement agencies from obtaining household electronic data from private parties or third parties, except through court order based on probable cause or with device owner consent.

Requires law enforcement to destroy obtained household electronic data within 30 days, unless a supervisor determines the information contains evidence of criminal activity or is relevant to an ongoing investigation or trial.

Restricts law enforcement disclosure of household electronic data to other government agencies only when there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity or relevance to an ongoing investigation or pending trial.

Requires manufacturers of household electronic devices to publicly disclose on their websites all categories of household electronic data shared with third parties and the names of those third parties.

Establishes that household electronic data obtained in violation of the Act is presumed inadmissible in judicial or administrative proceedings, unless the State proves a Fourth Amendment exception applied or the officer acted in good faith.
