Modifies self-distribution exemption eligibility for wine, beer, and spirits manufacturers by establishing specific production thresholds for affiliated groups across all three liquor types rather than allowing exemptions based solely on one type of alcoholic liquor.

Class 1 craft distillers cannot be affiliated with manufacturers producing more than 50,000 gallons of spirits, 930,000 gallons of beer, or 25,000 gallons of wine per year (previously only 50,000 gallons of spirits or any other liquor).

Class 2 craft distillers cannot be affiliated with manufacturers producing more than 50,000 gallons of spirits, 3,720,000 gallons of beer, or 25,000 gallons of wine per year (previously 100,000 gallons of spirits or any other liquor).

Class 1 and Class 2 brewers subject to similar affiliation restrictions with defined thresholds for beer, spirits, and wine production to prevent large manufacturers from qualifying for small manufacturer exemptions.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
